3d shapes
Hello
In maths we have been doing 3d shapes to learn about. Be and my buddie made: a cube, a diamond, a pyramid, a cuboid, a triangular prism and a rectangular prism out of toothpicks and blue tack.
How Many Edges, Vertices and Faces Does These Have?
cube: 8 faces, 12 edges, 8 vertices.
cuboid: 8 faces, 12 edges, 8 vertices.
pyramid: 5 faces, 8 edges, 5 vertices.
diamond: 8 faces, 12 edges, 8 vertices.
triangular prism: 5 faces, 9 edges, 6 vertices.
rectangular prism: 10 faces, 20 edges, 12 vertices.
